Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Maestro and Solo. We usually process payment on receipt of order. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and royal mail if preferred. Alternatively you can send a cheque or money transfer to cover the value of the goods.

Delivery
We aim to despatch your goods within one working day, stock permitting, however during holiday periods please allow extra time. If the item is not available or not in stock we will email notification, (see back orders section)
Standard UK Delivery on stock items £3.95 (3-4 working days delivery time, please allow extra during holiday periods)
Next Day UK Delivery on stock items £7.90 (available on items purchased before midday).
Please Note All of our products are handled with care and in hygienic conditions. Certain items are supplied in packs of 6, 8 or 10 and will remain in their original packaging, except when an odd amount is required.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of our products or they are faulty, please return to us in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase and we will refund or replace the products.
- Returned parcel charges are non refundable.
-Should items need to be returned, please retain proof of posting.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is included in all orders shipped to Mainland UK. Some goods are not taxable i.e. costumes.
